I keep seeing these. We have 4 girls, one who is broody so often she’s barely laid lately, and no roosters. Usually one of the 3 eggs will have this.

It's the Blastodisc that contains the hens genetic information and where the embryo would develop if your eggs were fertilized. A fertilized egg would have a ring formed around the Blastodisc with the roosters DNA making it a "Blastoderm". All healthy unfertilized eggs have a Blastodisc only fertilized eggs have a Blastoderm.
