I only have gotten blue eggs but they are still young and i love them but i dont like Johnny I thank its time for him to be dinner lol

Well good, that's what I have them for to lay some nice eggs!

however I say they are about 21 weeks old and I have no eggs from them, and no eggs from my bantam who are 22 weeks now

While some pullets do start laying at a young age, 21 and 22 weeks Is still young for many pullets to lay.
I have several 26.5 weeks old and none have laid yet and I have one hatched Feb. 22 who isn't laying either although the others that age have been laying for quite a while.

Looks like a hen but not an EE, maybe a welsumer or welsumer X. None of my welsumers laid until they were over eight months' old.

Looks like a white ear. Try looking up Brown Leghorn instead. Should give extra large white eggs.

Those are Easter Eggers. They aren't standard colors.

Single comb, yellow legs, partridge coloring, and white earlobes means that is a Brown Leghorn pullet.
