Did you clean her comb? In my humble opionion, it looks like she was eating some egg, and since she was sticky, she has gotten 'gunk' in her comb. To me, it doesn't look like maggots, just 'gunk' stuck in a crevice of her comb. Maybe it is an injury with stuff stuck to it. Anyway, the only way to know is to clean and go from there. If it is an injury, cleaning should cause it to open up, giving you an opportunity to treat it. Hope your girls is doing well. She's very attractive.
