whats going on and how can I treat it?

My mom looked at their feet and she believes it is gout.. along with scales. The male is less worse, he doesn't have many scales, but were still doing him. Im worried more about my one girl. She is pretty bad and really sore on her feet.

Gout generally only happens in one foot. Not both of them. Goat is very hard feeling in the feet. You can actually move the gout ball in the feet. Are these areas soft or hard?? BUT.....Cherries are excellent for clearing gout out of poultry. Give them several cherries a day. This will definitely help if they do have gout. And if not, it is a nice treat for them.

They wont eat it. Ive tried giving them treats before, fruit, and they leave it. I havent felt the feet as they are sore, I didn't want to disscomfort them anymore.
