I'm in No. Central West Virginia...it was -11 (that's not a typo, yes MINUS 11 Degrees) this morning! I hope I don't find chicken-pops when I go to feed and water this morning!

Yesterday, the radio said Alaska was averaging 40 degrees, it was -5 here at the time! I don't like the heat, but this is CRAZY COLD!

How frozen are you guys???

I'm from North Western North Carolina it was 20°f last night and only a little warmer for the last few days my birds have been fine so far however a friend of mine is experiencing some frostbite on his birds wattles and combs. I told him that a little Vaseline can do wonders to prevent it but I'm worried he has to many birds to get them all into properly winterrised coups ..will the Vaseline still help?
