What's wrong with chickens & guineas

I have recently bought some barred rock hens and put them in the coop with my guineas. They were with them a little over 1 week and yesterday one of my guineas was laying down shaking and passed away in the afternoon. It was 38 degrees out so it wasn't cold so I was thinking sickness. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Were the new birds quarantined? If so, for how long? Could be something the new birds brought in.

Unfortunately not long enough. The birds I bought looked totally healthy. Any suggestions on what kind of medication to give my birds. The guineas mainly look worse than my chickens.
