Hi,
I just got this hen a few days ago, she is 10 months old and lays blue/green eggs. She looks like some pictures of Wheaton Ameraucana's I've seen, but not 100% sure if that is what she is. What do you guys think, Ameraucana, or EE? It seems like her color is not quite right to be pure Ameraucana to me, plus a lot of ticking here and there. But I have only had a blue and blue splash before, so no experience in this color.
Thanks!

Definite Easter Egger.

Wheatens have a specific pattern of color, where the neck is darker than the rest, and the back is the second darkest, with the breast/stomach being the lightest. The black should ONLY appear in the tail and the wing tips, nowhere else. Your Easter Egger is more of a Columbian type color.

That's what I was expecting because of color and appearance, but wasn't 100% sure

She's super nice though, and lays really nice eggs
