When do Buff Orpingtons start laying?

Mine just started laying the day before yesterday, and they were hatched on April 25. I have six hens and found three eggs the first day, so am assuming at least half of them have started to lay.

7 of my 9 Buff Orpingtons are laying now and they are 23 weeks. First one started at just over 20 weeks.

One of my babies is 25 weeks old and she laid her second egg yesterday!!!

Mine started laying at 20 weeks.Beautiful strong eggs right from the start!
She is 23 weeks old this week.

LOL. That's about the way I feel as well, but really mine are only 22 weeks, so I guess my impatience is premature.
