When should I go into lockdown for bantam eggs?

I'm incubating a few bantam eggs along with the regular eggs and I was wondering whether they hatched before the other eggs or not and when I should go into lockdown. Thanks!

You can lockdown on day 17 just to be safe, most bantams, despite what some say about them hatching early almost always hatch on day 21. Turning really doesn't matter after the first week so you can stop pretty much anytime after that and not have any ill effects.

I’m really debating about getting my own incobator. My batams are laying and I have 2 roosters . I just don’t know if I would use it enough for the money spent .

You can always sell it later on or something, or you can borrow one from your local extension office.

After being laid on their sides during incubation, would it be okay to put them in egg cartons for lockdown???
