When to stop feeding!

Hi I am new to the whole butchering. When do I stop feeding the broilers? Today is Thurdsay and I want to butcher on Sunday! Help please!! Thanks!!!

We just processed 17 cornish x rocks this past Saturday. I fed them mostly cracked corn the last week, then fed them just a little Friday morning - enough that I knew they'd finish it that day, and water. There was still a little corn in their crops, but it was a clean and tidy job. They are so yummy!

You should stop feeding them 12 hours before processing. They should continue to have access to fresh clean water.

If you do not discontinue feeding the job will be somewhat messier but there are really no other serious consequenses.
