Where to get chick grit in Melbourne?

Chicks 10 days old, raised by a broody hen. Kept in henhouse, fed starter crumble, transferred to wire cage with wire floor and sugar cane mulch on lawn when weather is nice. Mum is sometimes catching a fly or getting a little grass that she shares with them so I need to provide some chick grit.

Where can I get that in Melbourne, VIC? Can I use coarse sand instead?

Leave the grit concerns until they are around 8wk old. Omit the cane mulch while they are on the lawn. When my broody hatched two silkies earlier this year, they were out in the mud with her digging and eating small worms on day two.
