Which is the Easter Egger?

Back story - I bought 6 RIR chicks from a local breeder, lost 3 to predators and by that time I could already tell what I had left were cockerels. I had also bought 6 Easter Egger “pullets” from Rural King. 1 was a runt and stayed inside for a bit. I went on vacation for a month in June and my brother in law took care of the chickens. He moved them to the coop when they were big enough. I could tell before I left one of my EE was showing roo traits. I got home and it looked like I had 4 RIR roosters. The EE grew up to look like the RIR. So now that I’m getting to a point to pull out the excess roosters, I need to know which is the EE for breeding purposes. I’m guessing #3 - he is the smaller of the 4 and the EE was a runt and was always really small. Also he’s the only one with a variation in color - there is a white tip on his wings and his reds/browns are different than the other 3.

How frustrating. I hope you have better luck next time.

If you need to know they are females when you get chicks you can get an auto-sexing or sex link breed, I haven't seen those messed up before.

I would stay away from TS if you can, a lot of mistakes come home from there, or study what the breed's chicks look like before you go.
