I have 4 olive egger pullets who just started laying a few weeks ago. They’re noticed all of their ears turned white around the time they put out first egg. Is this significant or nothing to worry about?

That's pretty normal for their earlobe to develope more color when they start laying. An all white earlobe normally means that they lay white eggs, an all red earlobe normally means they lay brown eggs, and a red and white (sometimes mixed with very light green or blue) in an earlobe normally means they lay blue or green eggs.

Were they solid red before?

Egg color rarely correlates to earlobe color, there are many exceptions.

Can you all tell me if this chicken's ears look normal? She is the only one of the flock whose ears aren't red. Is this what white ears look like or does she have an ear problem?

Her earlobes seem to have some peck marks which is not unusual as the white can get scratched off.
Sometimes even breeds that are supposed to have red earlobes show a bit of white dusting and vice versa. Mixed breeds often show a mix of red and white.

Her ear is situated above the earlobe and in your picture looks normal to me.

The earlobe does look a bit odd, as well as the funky color it looks like there is a roundish swelling near the middle of it?

Ditto Dat.
