2. Are they from a feed store, hatchery, or breeder?

4. If they came from a breeder, what were they supposed to be, and what other breeds/varieties did the seller have?
Whiting True Blue is what she’s supposed to be.
Breeder also had Silverrudd’s Blue and Mottled Houdans.

This is Attila the Hen and I hope she’s a hen!!!!

I think you might have a Silverudd's Blue there, instead of a Whiting True Blue.

Whiting True Blue are supposed to have pea combs. That bird appears to have a single comb (which is right for Silverudd's Blue). Either one could be that splash color, and either one should lay blue eggs.

I agree with the other posters that it is female.
