She did it, laid her first egg and in the nest box. 10/25/15 - 28 weeks - 50.6g Her at 27 weeks

Well here we go! Mine are staying in until they lay an egg for me.... They've been in for 2 days now..... It's like they are begging me when I'm out taking care of my horses... BUT, I must stay strong....lol My oldest ones are 26 weeks old now.... I do know one thing for sure, I can out wait them...

Thank you! The other eggs are my golden comet's eggs. They have been laying since July.

Some lay sooner than others. She started squatting last Wednesday (when I noticed her squatting, anyways) and today she roamed back and forth out of the coop and eventually got into the nest box and laid an egg.
