So my mom just got some silkies from a breeder. My other chickens are from the same reeder and we got a silkie from her too back in April. I don’t remember my last silkie being this damn ugly😂. So i have a few questions about them. The two new silkies have pasty butt and they’re missing vent feathers. Is that normal? I got the poop off one but the other still needs a wiping. Also, how old do you think these guys are because one of them is MUCH bigger than my other chicks. Lastly, I just wanna know if these chicks look healthy to everyone or not. Thank you everyone!! I attached some pictures below. The first few are the large one and the others are the smaller silkie. ❤️Ps. Don’t mind the food everywhere they just spilt it lol.

is this dangerous? will the fluff grow back?
Fluff will either grow back, or get replaced by the juvenile plumage.

I'd just watch, & see if they paste up again. It can be dangerous if poop blocks the vent, preventing the baby from pooping.
