Why can't they all just get along together anymore.

I hatched a Brahma bantum and a Columbian Rock this spring. I added a Silkie a few weeks later. There were no real problems until a month ago when I added a Chantecler rooster. The Columbian Rock is the boss hen. There were no noticeable problems before the introduction of the roo but now she pecks at the Brahma every chance she gets. The Silkie just stays out of the way and does not bother or get bothered by anyone.
Anyone have any advice?

Hmmm....generally a rooster won't put up with that riff-raff. Is he young still?

Yes he is less than a year old also.
