Why did my chick die?

I had a chick hatch yesterday. It was fine seemed healthy. Staying under its chick heater. (Not a lamp. The plastic ones.) all the other chicks I’ve hatched had been fine. The one born last night is also fine. But it seemed to have just passed away for a reason I can’t figure out.

I’ve attached photos of the Annabel (her name was Annabel.)

This is the little bit of poop it had near its butt

No markings. She wasn’t hurt. She wasn’t squished. She was laying near the other new chick.

It seems that my other chick from this batch has also mysteriously passed away. The chick from this batch that hatched first is doing well. I’m not sure what’s going on.
