Why is my chickens neck so short?

this little lady was sold to me as a day old chick on April 20th as a Cuckoo Maran along with 2 others. One turned out to be a roo and the other has feathered feet (so does roo) but both have normal necks. I have been watching this girl and the top picture is as far as I have ever seen her extend her neck. I added some additional pictures just so y’all can see her in the light a little better. My questions are...
1. Why is her neck like this
2. Should I watch for any problems this may cause

She looks deformed to me but I can't decide where the problem starts and how extensive it is. She also appears in at least one photo to be thin, is she thin?

She’s not thin or fluffy. She also doesn’t have the fluffy little feathers under her long tail feathers. I’m telling y’all that first picture IS her extending her neck. I’ve been watching her since she was a few weeks old because I noticed her differences. I always get at least 2 of a bread so I can compare them

I have a barred rock and her neck is much longer than this one.
