I am planning on building my bunny a natural habitat like this one I found on the web at https://www.self-reliance.com/2016/07/build-a-rabbit-hutch-and-tractor/

If I have my rabbit live on top of natural grass, is there a likelihood that he will get worms? Can rabbits be given deworming medications?

Yes and yes.

I don't know the details, just the basic fact that rabbits can and do get worms, and that they can be treated.

I had my rabbits outside free ranging in an enclosed back yard and never had a problem with worms. That enclosure looks very nice and safe. Hopefully it has a bottom so nothing can knock it over or dig under it. I couldn't tell by the picture.

Yes to both questions. There are lots of rabbit wormers available online and at your local feed store. If you want to be specific, you can take a poo-sample to your vet for a float test. Sometimes your Ag extension service offers the service as well, but either way, it's not usually too expensive.
