We have just bought two white leghorns around two weeks ago, apparently at point of lay but am presuming they are younger due to size.
One is doing well, however the other one has become lethargic in last day or so, will eat and drink have a short walk around but as soon as it comes to uneven ground or another chicken bumping into it she fall to the ground. Uprights herself promptly and continues what she's doing. She doesn't have the ability to try and escape being picked up as soon as she tries to run she'll fall over and give up trying. As far as I can tell she pretty much always falls the the left side.
Any ideas on what the problem might be I'd be greatfull!
