Worm and blood in feces

Hey guys, does anyone know what type of worm that is and also why there is blood in the feces?

The worm is about 0.5mm in diameter by about 8mm long.

I am not seeing any worms, but some mucus and bloody mucus. That could be from occasional normal intestinal shed, or it could be from worms or coccidiosis. How old are the chickens? What is your location? Have you wormed your flock recently?

I agree with @Eggcessive. If you have a vet that will run a fecal test for you I would do that. If not, and this persists, then I would worm them.

They are about 1.5 years old, Sydney Australia, wormed with levamisole 2 weeks ago (administered once).

The flock seem healthy except one chicken who appears a bit weak and isolates herself, she is just growing the last of her feathers now after a light molt.

I'll give them another round of wormer.

Wonder if it is worth giving them AMPROLIUM for coccidiosis ?
