Wormer vs sterility

Had one my death layer roosters start not feeling good. Took him to vet ( since he costs a lot and is one my breeders) they gave me panacur to give to him and the rest of my flock. It wasn't until after I gave it to him I read that it can affect male sterility. Now my eggs aren't fertile. Will it get better or am I hosed? Freaking out!!!!!

So sorry! Your rooster was already not well, so it's hard to blame his fertility issues on the Panacur. Hope he improves!

The vet gave me liquid wormer in a bottle. No number

One of the vet books I have says not to use it during breeding season but it doesn't give any details.

It is early spring so maybe he is not fertile right now, but maybe he will be soon. Since he was not feeling well and you took him to a vet, his illness might be related.
