This morning I gave my hens a few peanuts and some dates out of a organic trail mix. I looked at a list of what not to feed them and didn't see anything but can anyone tell me if those things are bad or where there is a list i can use from now on?

I think they'll be fine--I don't think any of those things are harmful to chickens.

I was using the treats to get the girls to know me and come to me.
Tonight it looks like fruit on the menu. I know that is safe and they love watermelon and bananas
