Would Coryza have come from the Breeder?

I purchased 5 chicks from a breeder, they were 2-4 weeks old (Our first attempt at raising chickens). One of them died within a week from symptoms of Coryza (but not confirmed, we have no chicken vet in the city) now a 2nd one has the same symptoms and will probably not make it another 24hrs.

My question is, did they already have the infection when we bought them? Is this something I should bring to the breeders attention and should she care? Would I not want to ever get chicks from her again? She seemed like a nice person, but 2 out of 5 within 4 weeks seems like a lot. Again this is our first time with chicks, is this just how it goes? Its been pretty devastating to our kids as we are raising them as pets.
