young hen trying to mate another.help

I am taking care of my neighbors chickens and twice now I have caught Lady Wellington, a blue andalusian mounting their buff orp hen. they are the same age and have both been laying for 2-3 weeks. There are 9 young hens total, with space of 10 ft by about 20 feet for run. forage time in yard daily.
So, is there something that they can do when they get home to stop this behavior? maybe a few days timeout in the garage?

It could be that this is an attempt to establish ' pecking order '. If you are sure that she isn't a he I wouldn't worry too much about it , unless the bullying gets worse. Sometimes removing the bully for a week or so , then reintroducing them to the flock will do the trick.
