Lol @ Mantha8225 you seem a bit, well....speechless. Trust me, it's delicious! I have a friend who is a butcher. When he gets an order to slaughter a lamb(s), he gives me the bones for, the heads I roast and the organs, I divide between the cats (3) and dogs (2) to braise and add to there food. I love the liver.
