I was feeding my chickens and one hen came out and all the other chickens jumped on her and tried to kill her why ?

Probably a hen lower on the pecking order. I would check her over. Sometimes they attack a chicken that's unwell. If she's broody than that could be why too. Need more information.

Also when I would go to collect the eggs she would get in nesting boxes with other hens

That's normal too. Hens like to lay in the same area.

How many hens, how old and how big is the coop and run. Might be too crowded.

There is fourteen chickens and the out side part of the pen is twenty panels
