I have read quite a few threads on sexing turkeys and am still having trouble figuring out what we have. Have 3 bourbon reds and 3 other mixed birds. Reds look all male but none have hobbled yet and no idea on others. Any help is appreciated

The first 3 images of Bourbon Reds are all toms. Since they have their adult breast feathers and those feathers do not have a light colored lower edge, they are toms. That goes along with the large caruncles, large snoods and bald heads as an indication that they are toms.

The next 3 images are hens except for the tom that is photo-bombing in the lower right corner. The dark colored hen definitely has light colored edges on her breast feathers. Sorry you can't use that test on the multi-colored hen. The small caruncles, small snood, mohawk and feathers on top of her head along with her over all size indicate that she is a hen.
