I would think New Hampshire Red, but they are supposed to have yellow legs. He appears to have white legs. He may just be a mix of some sort.
I'm thinking Production Red. I have one very similar to him. Very pretty!
I was also thinking red x buff Orpington. The explains the orange color with black tail, the more rounded shape, and he white/pink legs.My production Red has mahoganny neck hackles, and yellow feet. I believe most production Red roosters much like heritage RIR--at least mine does--but the hens are lighter colored usually. Instead, to me it looks like some of the Red X Buff Orpington hybrids I've been studying. However, it could be some other breed that looks is similar.
