I have a rooster and 2 hens. I asked my neighbors if my rooster bothers them and they said they didn't even know that we had chickens. They just laughed and asked if they could go in the back and play with them. lol I'm just glad my rooster doesn't bug anyone. Nugget never knows when to crow! lol

I found that one of the eggs looks like it was trying to hatch but died. The yolk sac appear broken and it looked like there was no room for the chick to move. It is day 24. Is there anything I can do to help the other eggs out? My hen is sitting on them btw. This is a first time hatching eggs...

My hen is almost a year old now and I just discovered today that she is nesting on a few eggs. Not sure how many at this point. This will be my first batch of chicks. Anything I should know? Also how will I know if the eggs are fertilized? I don't have an incubator so she'll be the one keeping...

Went for my mammo and ultrasound yesterday. All I know so far from what they said is my Doctor is going to have to give me results of whats to come next but two masses were spotted in my right breast and one in my left. :/ It's going to be a long wait til Monday.

I want to get 2 or 3 more hens around 6 months and maybe a couple of ducks. If anyone knows where to point me I'd appreciate it!
