Not sure what to do past 21 days...

I found that one of the eggs looks like it was trying to hatch but died. The yolk sac appear broken and it looked like there was no room for the chick to move. It is day 24. Is there anything I can do to help the other eggs out? My hen is sitting on them btw. This is a first time hatching eggs for me.

mine hatched at day 22 and 23 1/2 my last 2 were really draggy. and after my last one hatched it didnt make it. but maybe the reason yours haven't hatched yet is because they are outdoors, is it really cold? that would slow the development.

I'm in Southern California it's been cold at night but I have a heating lamp in the coop. It stays in the 70's in there at night. So I'm not sure what to think siiigh...
