It almost has to be that because the other two eggs that came from the same person are starting to hatch in the egg turner is can't take the egg turner out because my other eggs I know for sure on the date i went to pinnon hatch farms and picked them out after going through there breeder pens

So I came home from work to find one of my eggs hatched ??????? I was not ready for that at all beings there not supposed to hatch until July 2nd so I called the guy I got those eggs from he said the same thing that's weird lol.but all aside it's a happy healthy chick set up safely in the brooder

That's a good idea I never thought about it opening from the top I might do some redesign

Just pulled a cracked eggs last night looked in the incubator and seen yellow coming from the egg lord it stunk so bad lol

That's cool how big are you grow out pens I'm in the middle of building some now there 8ft by 3ft deep and I'm going to put removable dividers in it at 2ft spacing and have 4 doors so I can have different sections for chicks if I need them

That's really cool to know because my red pyles I feel like there saddles need to be a little darker red that's nice to know I can b improve that I really didn't know that so if I bred the bb red to the spangled would they all be bb red with the chance of showing the spangled trait?

By crossing the two what would that give me? Really I'm pretty clueless how the genetics work now by breeding the bb red to the red pyle would that make the sales darker red?

So I am new to BYC and have stumbled upon this thread and I hope this is the place to ask.i have some OEGB I have considered doing some crosses but don't know enough about genetics to know what I would end up getting color wise...I have red pyles--spangles---and BB reds Any ideas?

They are by far some of my favorite birds they have such attitudes when there little and general curiosity

Well I'm anxious and trying to be patient but my eggs should hatch on July the 2nd I'm disappointed because I'll be at work and my wife will get to see them hatch

So I am from warrenton mo but I look around on BYC and I'm not seeing too many people around my area it would be nice to know know some people close just in case you never know scenario
