Well good news it's still alive! It's up running around this morning! Still has the stuff on it but its moving around :)

I just had another hatch so I put a divider in there with new hatch & struggler with unhatched eggs then the ones doing good on the other side

Still ok for now except another chick keeps pecking at it. I don't have another place to move the chick didn't know if I should try to make a barrier so they will leave it alone. Any thoughts?

It stands up some and moves around is it possible for it to live?

I don't really know what kind lol I got the eggs from my dad and he has 3 different kinds so not for sure what they are. It made it out of the shell but there is something it's dragging behind itself

Ok this morn it's still alive and had a way bigger hole pretty much the side of the shell gone. I reset a paper towel to put around it cause the other one had some yellow on it and when I looked inside this egg it's leg is kicking towards the small end of the egg so I don't know if it nicked the...

It's really active as far as its head/beak and I can see movement towards the bigger part of the egg I'm just afraid it's too big it can't turn or something and that it's stuck just don't know if I leave it will it dry out?? Even with paper towel on it?

There's 6 more in there besides that one only 1 has fully hatched so far the humidity is reading 70% there were 8 all together 1 other has a small pip and another has rocked a few times. So I should wet the membrane again before bed and wrap the paper towel over the top of the exposed area or...

So what should I do??

So does it look like I should do anything else? Think it'll be ok over night?

I also candled with a flashlight but couldn't find an air pocket it was all dark

I quit trying to help I'm not sure about what blood is bad. This is what it looked like when I quit. Any blood there was there before I perked the shell. I made sure I didn't puncture the membrane but some pats the shell came easy off others it was stuck and I didn't want to pry. Is there...
