Today my chickens layed their first eggs . . .except they were so high up they all smashed and the chickens ate the yolks. Any ideas about making sure they lay in the nesting boxes?

I'll try it,but I think it's too late. Today she was trying to fly ("fly" being a term used loosley, it's more of a fluttering) and she crashed into the fence! Thanks for your concern,though!

BAD NEWS!!!!!!!!!! Odin is now bind in that eye! I feel so bad for her! Apparently, while she was newly hatched, another chick pecked her really badly and now there's something wrong with her eye! I was using the tea and I thought she was getting better, but it must have been my imagination...

(Sorry I haven't been on!) No, I'm using the tea on Odin for now. Her eye is looking much better!
