    Looks like everyone is busy busy!! With this break in the cold we are hoping to get some poultry projects buttoned up...newly acquired guineas and our chickens have really bonded nicely seems to be very little if any squabbles amongst the flock!! Can't wait for some hatching action this year...

    If any fellow Hoosiers have a few extra guineas for sale please PM me,I have two and would like to add a few more,they have gotten along really well with the chickens in fact the room seems to boss the guineas around!! I would prefer the guineas to have been around or raised with chickens...

There is a very thick woods just south of the pic(against my back in pic) which is why we put the coop there its open there and close to house!     Meyer Hatchery Chicken pics anyone??

    Well it has been a ride to say the least. We had a lot of pasty bums so it was very stressful. I have raised chicks multiple times but I have never really ran into pasty like this. It was more severe than Im used to. Either way it doesn't matter as I have nursed them along..mainly a lil silkie...
