Both- I like to build them just because it is part of the hobby and I get a lot of satisfaction with my hatches. I keep a few store bought ones around so I can hatch while modifying or redesigning my builds.

I use a fish tank air bubbler connected to a cheap humidistat in my fridge converted incubator. Can dial it in within a few %’s
