like what kind of dark leafy green and do they need to be chopped and what kind of dairy products?

i feed my girls quacker oat, rice and sweet potato! they love it, but i dont know if its bad for them! Does wild bird corn count to feed the girls? Plus can i feed parkeet food to chickens??? Plus what food give them calcium?

it be good too if you make something only head and neck can get into it so they dont jump into the food or hog the food too. ^_^
