From what i can see the ones with the more prominent whiter stripes on their head and darker patch by their eyes,are most likely the males,the ones with a lighter head color and less white would most likely be the females

My impeyans seemed to get along as juviniles,its when they get older is when they may so some aggression,ringnecks were the worst i ever raised for being aggressive when young,they would peck each other to death when young and worse when they got older

Hi I do put in warm water a couple times of day which will freeze up north here,they will peck and eat snow during the winter. As for impeyans they are not aggressive like ring necks or some goldens so i do not use blinders. Doug
