Used and hatched just chicken eggs before invthis incubator. Yes I have heard they are hard and feel like I need a step by step guide

First time hatching peachicks. Today is hatch day, only had one out of five hatch so far. Took over 24 hours after pip. Hatched 8 hours ago. Been laying there, it opens its eyes but isn't even trying to stand.

I have 9 mature hens and 2 roosters all over a year old, then 11 that I am not sure about as they are still young, couple months old. This particular rooster is almost 2 years old. I feel like he is just pulling feathers with this hen but all the hens are starting to looked more roughed up than...

I feel like my rooster is becoming increasingly aggressive with my girls. Am I just being a paranoid mama?

So I have done all this research in anticipation of my first peahen finally laying. Now she has laid her first egg. I know I will try and eggs over the next 10 days before starting the incubation progress. But I have read conflicting reports about whether to wash the eggs, it is a little dirty...

That's all I use is sharpies, color is beautiful but only but one sided pages because it does bleed.

So my first incubating experience. Put 5 eggs in. Thought I saw something on day 10 candling. Two hatched beautiful chicks on day 21. The other 3 nothing, cracked them open and just warm soupy eggs, no chicks.

I came home to one hatched chick and one pipped at 5 pm. Now nothing. Only put in 5 eggs because I am a newbie. Getting nervous
