Help introducing new pullet and 2 roo

Hi! I need some help with our chickens :) We had a group of 5 1.5yo hens. We got 3 Faverolles and when they were 6-8 weeks old, we put them in a separate enclosure with the older chickens. We let them in there for a few weeks, maybe until 12 weeks? They were almost the same size when we opened...

    What gender are these chicks

I know I am a little early as these are only 5 weeks old but like everyone, I am curious! These first 4 are Black Australorp. My guess is #1-2 are roo, #3 pullet and #4 not sure. The 2 orpington are maybe both pullet? And then Cochin #1 and 2 are too and #3 a pullet?

    Auto sexing Cuckoo Maran chick

What do you think this little one is? After all the reading I read last night, I am thinking this one might be a pullet because the dot on its head it small and well defined.

What kind of maran are these?

Hen with possible worms very letargic

My main question is : can hens with possible worms and possible anemia (self diagnosis, haven't heard back from the vet yet) can recover? She does not feed herself (I am putting food in her beak for her), doesn't drink, sleeps all day. She can stand on her feet for short periods. Other than...

    Hen not behaving like herself

Yes the rocks are small enough for grit. Her crop feels normal (we had a hen with a blocked crop a few weeks ago so I have a reference. She is definitely not at the top but I don't think she's completely at the bottom of the pecking order. She can definitely eat and drink as she wants. They eat...

    Hen not behaving like herself

    1) What type of bird , age and weight - Ameraucana, born sometimes in March, not laying yet 2) What is the behavior, exactly - Calmer than usual, doesn't go up to roost at night (can't seem to be able to jump), not stading as straight and tall as usual, her face is all wet from the water she...

    Impacted crop

I have re-read that article for the 5th time. Since her crop feels squisky, it could probably be sour crop. If I treat with miconazole cream + probiotic, I still let her access her food? Should I do crop massage daily? And I understand that I need to treat for the full 7 days. I should see an...
