OK, we lost our "Amish Place" we sold our eggs from (we were the last new seller and egg sales were slowing).
We are planning on selling from home and are aware of the local laws.
Those of you that sell from home is it an:

Make sure you put some kind of drip loop. The one with the pics has the switch in the lower part of the loop. Given any kind of coop leaks or condensation the water will run down. Same with e-cords, the plug should be up high for the same reason.
What you are looking for is a "Framing Nailer" air powered of course. You will have to buy nails made for that nailer you buy. Of course you will need and air compressor and sometimes they will sell combo packages.

We use a bag a week for 30 birds and the local TSC was creeping up to $14.00 a bag.
If you just want to pus a brooder bulb in there...

A 100 watt bulb will pull about 0.833 amps, so even if your heater bulb is under 300 watts it should be...
You should be able to do what I did if you are comfortable doing it.
I and my hot wires on the outside of the fence perimeter. Most places that sell the fencers will sell about 10 different times of them, just keep the hot wire off the fence itself. I then ran the fence itself as the ground...
Ditto with Momo
Just make sure the roosts are wide enough to sit on their feet and there are no breezes inside the coop and all should be well.
If you do decide to hang them please use chain instead or rope, which can fail.
