Congratulation! They are too cute! You never know, I have 4 from a straight run bin at Tractor Supply but they are all specific. So, maybe check out some lists of Bantam breeds with pictures. You never know! I have 1 Silver Laced Sebright Rooster, a Golden Laced sebright hen, a Game Bird...
My flock was attacked today and I lost some hens. I now need to rehome one of my roosters in order to keep everyone safe and happy. He is approxiamtely 13 weeks old. I am thinking he is a Game Bantam by the coloring but he came straight run from tractor supply so I am not sure. Very pretty but...
So, someone's dogs went after my flock today. I lost one for sure, but my dutch bantam is no where to be seen. Not even a random feather. The rooster has been calling non-stop, so I figure if she ran she would have returned by now. Sad day, she was such a pretty girls. Now, I have too many...

It happened to me too! I have 4 bantams and 2 turned out roos. Although one had all sorts of attitude even at a couple days old. So I had a feeling and then one day I heard an attepted a crowing and sure enough

Hello! I am new to BYC. I have been looking at it for tips and tricks though for some time. I currently have 7 chickens. 4 Bantams ( 2 are roosters) , 2 road island reds and a white one that was given to me. My mom went to the feed store and someone walked in with a chick that was bought for...
