A couple quick questions: 1) Is there enough room to add an additional roost and 2) Is there any reason why I couldn't put a couple poop boards under the roosts and over the wire bottom?

Absolutely, I was planning on adding about a foot to the width. If you look closely though (or view the website), you'll see that the coop has 3 levels. I kind of liked the concept of using the vertical space - that's what attracted me to the plan. Do you think it work that way?
