I am experimenting with my 30 birds. I have been sprouting 1 cup of wheat which seems not enough. But 2 cups is too much.I don't know how many pounds that equals out to! Hope that helps.

I just lost 2 birds this weekend but have no clue what made them sick. actually my DH killed them before they died and before it spread.

Anyone on here have milk cows?? Have you ever heard of Dairy/herd shares?? I know that we can't sell the raw milk just doing some research.

I live in Missouri so I can't "sell" raw milk. we are getting a cow in the near future and I just stumbled across herd shares. Can the Missouri folks tell me how you do it..... please My husbands Aunt has goats and we help from time to time and get paid in milk. But a cow is a bigger investment...

Can you tether a milk cow for grazing? We have about 2acres of land for a cow but its not fenced in, yet.
