The Pommern or Pommernente is a light breed of duck originating from Germany. The breed was developed in the Pomeranian region of North Germany and Poland, and shares a similar origin to there heavier counterpart the Blue Swedish.
The breed like the Blue Swedish has a bib, the major difference is between size and type along with Pommerns not having any white primaries.
