Hi!
I'm an addicted chicken girl and my flock and I live deep in the California redwoods. I love my chickies!
These are all the chickens I've had the last four years:
Hens: Agatha , Gloria, Clara, Hilda, Hersheys, Lucy, Nickel, Penny, Pip, Artemis, Miri, Athena, Cinder, Autumn, Phoenix...
My dad had a girlfriend when he was younger who had a weird story like these...
She woke up in the middle of the night, and saw a ball of light slowly come through the wall, travel across the room, float out the window, and disappear into the sky. The next day, she found out that her neighbor...

Angela (from Eragon)
Eliza (from Pygmalion)
Molly (from Harry Potter)
Lily (from Harry...

Thanks! Lily is a mix between fawn silver duckwing oegb and possibly black tail red dutch bantam. She is a really fun chicken! The camera is a pentax K200.
So yesterday a chickadee flew into the house and knocked itself out flying into the window. I kept it in the incubator, and fed it sugar water to perk it up, hoping it would get better so I could let it go. The weird thing is, the bird is completely unafraid of me, and it also doesn't startle at...
