    yeah, going off of what @Perris said, it's not a great idea. Introducing a bunch of new chicks to a mature rooster is going to result in tragedy. He's not going to recognize the chicks as friendly entities.

    Yes, move it immediately to the brooder. Something similar happened to a duckling of mine that hatched, and it died the next day. What happened is it might be a premature chick.

    I candled them and 2 have no air sacs whatsoever, and they are kinda heavy. The other one has an air sac and it is not as heavy as the rest are. Nope, no pips, holes, or anything yet.

    I know right! She took them for a walk just about 4 feet away from the nest, and to see them run straight up and topple over each other to the mother. It is just So CUTE!!
