Blu-kote and veterycin are at the ready for any minor injuries. I'm ill-prepared for anything major so it would be cull or vet time depending on severity if that ever happened.

Sounds like a crop issue, or respiratory. chickens cannot vomit so anything leaking from their beaks means their crop is sour and overflowing or it is discharge from a respiratory infection.
