One of my Muscovies had gray, wrinkly caruncles this morning. He's also very light and weak, poor boy. Does anyone know a cause, or a cure, or have advice? It wasn't winter weather.
One of my drakes stopped moving and eating today. He's very light (down to <five pounds), but more puzzling is that his caruncles have turned from red to dark gray and wrinkled. It's been very warm here, so I don't think it's frostbite. I think I heard something about oxygen deprivation once...

Has anyone else had such an obvious "mismark" before? I'm pretty sure I could breed more black into her descendants. . . .
Does anyone know of a Muscovy specialty club? I have recently gotten tired of how there are four "show" colors for a breed that has more than ten, along with a wide variety of patterns.
If there is no club, is there a way to add (by contacting people, and so on) colors to the Standard? Thanks!
